Email us#
We read everything and aim to reply within five working days.
What to include#
- Reporting an error: the page address and what you believe is wrong. A link to the correct source speeds things up enormously.
- About an enquiry you sent: your reference number, which starts KTL- and was shown on the confirmation page.
- Data protection requests: tell us what you want — a copy of your data, correction, or deletion. See our privacy policy.
- Professional reviewers: your name, credential and a link to your register entry. See our experts.
What we cannot do#
We are not a law firm and we are not regulated to advise. We cannot tell you what to put in your will, whether you should set up a trust, or what to do about a specific inheritance dispute. If you email us asking, we will point you at the relevant guide and, if you want, offer to introduce you to a regulated adviser.
We also cannot help with Scottish or Northern Irish law, funerals, or anything involving concealing assets.
Complaints#
If something has gone wrong, please see our complaints procedure, which sets out how we handle it and how long we take.
Urgent situations#
